Intro to overkill

New baby coming soon so I'm home for six weeks. I usually go stir crazy and start fixing things and usually go overkill on the most menial of tasks. I like to follow up projects with a couple hours of cool down, meaning a beer and if I'm lucky a football game. If its a good day maybe the beer will come out early during the project. This makes for an all-around good time.

While I'm off work I figured I could blog my projects since I need attention. Like this "goat screen" for example. Yesterday I noticed that the goats were roaming around under the house, and that is no place for goats.

I already had wire fencing, poultry staples, and part of a garden lattice. I went overkill and spray painted it black, like I did before on this custom hose holder: This hose holder was made out of cedar fence scraps.
Black works because it matches the shudders:

Which matches the front door:

This concludes my first blog entry.
